why does everyone hate marker bindings?

Olympic counter-proof was the Aussie woman in 4th (maybe 5th?) in moguls had *Squires*. Podium all had white Pivots, as did all of the men I saw yesterday.

Thought I recognized the Marker toe and, once inverted -> Squire/F heel plain as day.

wouldnt them pro skiers all just use whatever the sponsor puts on the skis and aren't all the ski & binding companies owned by a few or a big mfgers ... isnt it all about who is owned by what ?

I very much agree with this, but was really surprised to see a Squire heel in anything much removed from a rental fleet. Wouldn't think even Marker would want that!

Yes. That's the real answer, although seeing a Squire instead of a Jester or Griffon is surprising.

Binding pulled out of the ski... not exactly Marker's fault

Remember in Aspen Extreme when TJ is tightening his new powder 8 partner’s bindings and says something like, “if you marker out we lose”? Ouch.

Also, I totally blame Marker for forcing Lane Myer to ski the K12 on one ski.

Similar failure as the one above, you would think they would have learned by now!
