I think I mentioned before, but the dryguy w/ fans are great for me. My Lange XT Free 140's are difficult and painful to get on my feet if they aren't warm. I would think putting these into a bag inside your boots would have great results, heating from the inside. W/o the bag they work great too. Store away easily in seat pockets.
I put fancy thermic heaters in my boots this season for the first time. Haven't really needed them but maybe 3 days. Nice to have on those days though.
Bought this heated bag from Snowcountry.eu
Holds two pairs. Works well.
Had to buy a $6 Euro to North America converter for using in house.
But I just throw in back seat of my truck for the 1.5 hr drive to Whistler.

I love big dumps.
Budget option:
I got this one a few seasons ago for s/o. It gets warm enough to dry boots overnight & provide a brief welcoming start to the day, especially cold ones. We’ve only tried it with gloves, and a layer or two but never stuffed it full of gear. It is a bit tight for space if your boots are clown shoes. Less warm in the car with 12v but only done a few hours of that as opposed to overnight at cabin.
It was <$60CAD on amazon a few years back. Great if you want a simple effective solution for cold/damp boots. It gets less hot & more just warm which is plenty fine in our experience
