    marker track bindings.

    Hi Guys

I ended up with some new marker binding, but they are the silly track system that only fits K2 skis.

    1) can they be “un-tracked” and make into a normal, flat mount binding?

    2) can I order just a ski only (new, used, old stock, new, etc) so I can sell them?

    3) do you guys want them? will trade for cash, product, a big hug, etc.

basically I don’t need them, but don’t want to throw them out.

one is from an 2008 K2 explorer, mx 12 demo (88mm) and the other is mod 12 with 80mm? brakes

I have a pair of K2 AMPs with a Marker track clamp I recently picked up from a mag. They are MX14 something or other -- basically look like a track-mounted royal. They seem awfully specific to the ski to me, not obvious how they could be converted to flat.

But I'm sure someone could use a backup pair.

No luck excising the binding from the track, but ebay is picking back up with ski listings and there's always something like that on there. Or call ASO Gear, they have an ebay store and a brick and mortar place somewhere in the Great White North, seen them post a lot of partials on ebay.

"Hostage bindings." I'm sure glad that that trend is over with.

Think just MX 14s. Same as seen here: http://www.skis.com/K2-A.M.P-Aftersh...efault,pd.html
