Long time reader first time poster. I got hooked on bullfighting after the calf scramble at the rodeo a few months ago and I have finally gotten the opportunity to start practicing in the ring. My question: Does the fight change the meat? I've the opportunity to fight a few steers raised for the USDA Prime grade but my wife is afraid his mode of death will affect its grade and quality.
