Hmm, you would think and open quick release would be a problem no matter what when riding.
a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

should be noted that this will go beyond trek. Shimano has already contacted the CPSC to set up a replacement program.

Those must be the new boost + levers that are 12% more rotor stabby.

It seems like most quick release levers open past 180°?
If you're a fucking moron, you can get hurt.

There is nothing to prevent me from opening door of my car whilst at speed on freeway and falling out into traffic.

    I'm going to sue.

put the QR lever on the non-rotor side? seems like a pretty easy solution.

Or close the QR like it supposed to be? Unfortunately some people got injured but maybe figuring out how the QR works before riding?

I was just talking about this...I would think a lawsuit is already in place, but how the hell do you blame Trek?

Hands down the most popular phone call of the day today was the question "is my bike involved?" My answer in the beginning was 'Does it have disc brakes?' Without fail they would say 'I don't know.' *sigh*

Gonna be a long multi million unit pain in the ass.

And the number one reason the bike industry is pushing disc brakes on road bikes? That's right, safety.

Same here, Definitely not good for productivity... People are not realizing just about every brand potentially has this "problem". X2 on IDK if I have disc brakes. Jeeeesh!

The recall should say: If you understand how a quick release works please ignore.
