    seattle olympic sculpture park's street facade has a vertically banded mirror window system facing the street and its alternately mirrored and see-thru...pretty cool!

    My cousin was plein air painter in Jackson for awhile. Hes back here now. Sucks. It was nice having a place to stay out there.

    I just saw this at the Met. It's a detail from a small room that is covered with incredibly intricate wood inlaid art works. It's was pretty amazing, and I never knew it was a thing. This was Italian, about fifteenth century. I just spent a month in Italy, and saw none of it, but, it was sort of thing for the powerful and rich at one time.

    Bobby, that top one is hilarious.

    This sold for 11 mill a few years ago. So many crappy mountain paintings out there, but I like this guys style.

    Frida sells for 34.9...insane really. Even if I was a billionaire, I would not spend that much money on a painting, especially when the artist (in this case obviously deceased) is not the recipient of the cash.
