Another game of what boot am I?

Or perhaps more realistically since no one carries everything, stock is dwindling this late in the year and many try to sell what is in stock... what boot(s) should I make sure a real brick and mortar with a good fitter has before I travel there?

I want an inbounds oriented boot with walk mode function and DIN sole (swappable is OK).
I currently wear Lange RX130 (regular width, 26.0) with zipfit liner. 130 is too stiff so one cuff rivet removed.
I have high arch and skinny ankle/lower calf.

I tried freedom/freedom sl which on paper sounds like the type of boot I want. Hard as hell to get on and hurt like a mutha f#cka across top of instep - so much so I don't think intuition will help much and I'd rather find a better starting point than try to punch right where the buckle is. Already a bit loose out of box just above ankle too which would require padding in that boot.

So recommendations to go in search of?
    Rossi alltrack? Lange XT?
Cochise - tried this on couple of years ago and don't really recall what i didn't like about it.
    Red ones jong?

If the RX130 fits you well, then the XT130 seems like it should top the short list.

    Maybe a Lupo?

what others said. (plus the K2 boot)

    1) you can make a small/narrow boot bigger, but not the other way
    2) you can make a stiff boot softer, but not the other way.

The cochise is sort of a bucket, Ive made it work with downsizing, higher volume liners, and big tongue/heel wedges and foam, but it's not ideal. The swappable soles on mine also suck, they now require a hammer to actually pop them off... Although if you don't ever plan on swapping soles, this may not matter to you.

I recently started skiing a krypton pro inbounds, and based on how that fits me, I'd check out the lupo. I have a moderately high volume instep with an awesome bone spur on my navicular to top it off, as well as lower volume ankles and almost no heel definition to speak of. The kryptons heel hold is pretty much unmatched by any boot I've tried that could actually accomodate my instep (possible exception of the dalbello scorpion, but that doesn't meet your criteria).
