I think the world record beaver was trapped several years ago right next to the area I whitewater raft and trout fish. It weighed in a 100 lbs. The damn thing looked like a bear.

Actually saw a beaver swimming in the Bow this morning on my bike ride to work. Just swimming along through some small whitewater. Pretty good size , about 2' to base of tail.
