A familiar story I guess. Not to mention the fact that he lived in Jersey and should never have been allowed to run. But he is plainly awful in a way that makes me miss even deblasio which was hard to imagine a couple of years ago.

Unfortunately she eventually would have touched a lot of lives in a positive way, particularly the poorest and most down trodden NY'ers whom are defenseless against crime and abuse by police.

PDs should have audits every 3-5 years. The one here revealed that before the pandemic there were no “street” cops out between Midnight and 6am.

Is that a picture of Jim Brown from some movie? I'm not that familiar with Mr. Brown's ouvre but it does look like him.

The sad thing is --cop shooting unarmed citizen is dog bites man, cop shot by citizen is man bites dog.

Im not doubting the cop fucked up in that particular case. But i will also say that i have probably seen more aggressive golden retrievers in my life than any other dog breed (possibly because they are one of the more common dogs to have in general), including pits, huskies, and pretty much anything else. I have known 3 different ones that have had to spend time quarantined inside after biting people/postal workers. And tail wagging just means an "aroused" dog, not a happy dog- though anyone with decent experience around dogs immediatley knows the difference between an overexcited happy dog and a dog about to defend/fight/guard.

A friend's mom has a golden with a lifetime ban from the VT State Parks because a little yappy dog was off leash, did not have proper recall training, and didn't respect the Golden's personal space. Yappy dog ended up dead. Very sad. Golden was in the wrong for killing the dog, no question. The point is Golden's are capable of more than being just another blonde fluffhead.
