Lord SP/Cochise toe height setting ?

I just switched out to Tech Soles and Lords across the board (s). With the toes on the lower setting it would seem to have appropriate afd gap and free movement. So that said with touring boots the recomended setting is to have the toe in the high position and adjust up the afd accordingly...with less rocker on the Cochise sole is this a satisfactory setup or am I missing something ?

Any reason you chose the lords over the wardens

If you have sufficient clearance between the sole and the AFD - shade tree test: a playing card between them can be pulled out with minimal drag - then you're fine. The Cochise doesn't have the rocker of, say, my Mobes, so without having played with Lords and the Cochise I'd say there's a good chance you wouldn't need to go to the higher setting.

Lords fit the current CAST marker plates. No plates for the warden yet

I'm guessing each configuration would have a different boot delta... so set it to whichever you prefer?
Goal: ski in the 2018/19 season
