I'd love to have that kind of mass transit and let you have the left lane of the freeway all to yourself.
We need more trains too. Also, my section of I5 isn’t all that crowded. Autobahn rules everywhere but Portland metropolitan, maybe the stretches past Salem and Eugene too, could work. It would take a lot of signage and enforcement for a while, but people would learn.

How do we get this flyer into LCC driver’s hands? A piece at a time like Berma Shave signs? Window flyers in parking lots? Have the tire check cops hand them out?

Oh boy, we ran into a certain lady (Alta employee driving a cute baby blue old gen 2 forerunner) on the way up LCC the other day who could benefit from this. She currently has zero clue how to handle herself on the road. Maybe someone knows her and can provide her with this collateral?

    That's a nifty flier.

Have the local Kinkos print out stacks to be kept in your glovebox along with these.

HA! That's awesome. Peak passive aggression. I'm definitely going to print some of those off. Will post pics.

It has to do with white people's entitlement. Because there's a lane that goes straight through, the obviously false assumption is that those people have the right of way. Easy fix I have seen in Maine on US 202 is to offset the new combined lane so that neither original lane goes forward in a straight line. It forces the three year olds to merge.

Here's a Utah truck driver taking up two lanes so nobody else overtakes him and zipper merges where they should.....the worst part was everyone merged left, then the left lane was closed immediately so we all then merged right, wtf. Driving to skiing is no fun these days for so many reasons...

Pretty incredible the amount of stupid shit truckers do these days. They used to be professionals it seemed like.

I would love to have been in front of him.
And then jumped left to the proper zipper point.

Or. If I was having a bad day I’d lock up the brakes and watch the left lane fly by him. I may or may not have done that before. What’s the statute of limitations on passive aggressive driving?

In the Midwest cornfield interstate truckers did that all the time.
    Cock block. It’s not new.

My dad wouldn’t zipper. Old school polite early merge

Then I started driving in the city and realized zipper is the only way

Thinking about it more I blame the road signs

RIGHT LANE CLOSED IN ONE MILE

Sure. That’s a nice heads up. But it makes asshats with their head up their ass merge too early. And other asshats cock block.

The signs should just say “caution. Shits slowing down ahead”

I can't see the trucker's sheriff's badge from that pic.
