Looking for specs on an old Nitro Nova snowboard

    Hello TGR Forum,

First time poster from Montreal, Canada.

I recently pulled my old deck from the storage unit after it had been sitting there for at least 10 year and started wondering about some of the tech specifications of it. Mainly what kind of core it has. It's a mid to late 90s Nitro Nova made at the Elan factory in Austria. I searched online with no success and I wrote to Nitro to get this information and they said they had not info on boards pre 2000ish. I know it's not a super high end board (i remember purchasing it for a pretty reasonable price, but it may have been an older model when I bought it).

Kind of a shot in the dark. Just curious about it.

    Thanks!

Easy, get a hole saw and take some core samples. Should tell you everything you need to know.
