I received an update the mattress is made and will be shipped this week (checks in the mail & won't come in your mouth) so we will see if I have it in a few more weeks or that was just one of the 3 great lies.
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

We have an Avacado, Saatva at home, and two Sealy Posturepedics in our rental condo that we stay at frequently. I’ve never loved the Saatva or Avacado, but I freaking love the Sealys. They are some mid-grade mattresses purchased from AFW. Pillow tops, mid-stiff mattress w/ springs. Tougher for delivery, but we paid the company to build the bed frames and haul everything in for us. Totally worth it. I just feel like the other two went dead after a few years. They don’t support as well anymore and I wake up with back pain and stuff. Maybe the memories of what we have done on them have left them scarred. Who knows.

we’re going from a queen to a king size- can’t wait for all the room!! since my 17 lbs terrier takes up a ridiculously large area

Maybe, maybe not. We had a king bed for a while, and then downsized to a queen. The king bed is great if you or your partner is a thrasher or a crazy light sleeper or you have a dog that wants all the space, but we felt it put too big of a divide between us, like we may as well be in separate beds. The queen was enough space for us.

I think, for many, this is the point.

Funny quote from my British FIL (so you have to read it in a Manx accent) after sleeping in a King sized bed in a hotel: "You know, you could be comfortably divorced in one of these."

Well, she is, FWIW. But, personally I've never felt like there was a downside to the extra room (other than the traveling thing, I guess). Nothing prevents you from sleeping close if want to.

We are all about the CA king bed. We are both kinda tall so that's part of it. It also fit better than an actual king because of the shape of our bedroom. I would never go back to a queen at this point. We try not to even stay in hotels with queen beds unless there's two of em.

Lots of people do it, so don't take this too personally, but people who let their dogs on their beds -or any of their furniture- blow my mind. Have you seen what they roll in? ugh. BAD DOG GET DOWN!

We're not light sleepers or thrashers, but my preferred sleeping position is starfish so I think the King will be a nice upgrade

We would still have a king but the extra space in our bedroom with a queen is helpful. Old house = smaller rooms?

King bed all the way, no questions if there are more than one of you...or your dogs. DTM was once in a cast for a broken thumb and promptly hit me in the face in his sleep, this while we were in a queen bed ( after many times of him flopping over TOO close). After that, I told him NO MORE and we will never go back to smaller. Plus, I prefer a larger bed for...well, other FUN things that aren't sleeping

I think/hope you would get it within three months but I'm definitely not an expert or anything. It is comfy but did it take a little while to arrive.

I have a friend who routinely ends up with her head at the foot of the bed.

It was delivered 07-05, so almost 10 weeks from the order date, which would of been fine if not quoted 6 weeks, but whatever. We both found the bed very comfy compared to what my wife called our "old lumpy one". From looking at the other Hybrid Latex with coil spring mattresses, the Saavta price point was the best and hopefully it has a solid 10 years of life in it to make us happy campers.

I cant tell how many hours I spent trying to figure out which bed to get.
I have had a sleep number for over 20yrs,
We went to a store and looked, they arenice, but I do not like the new IQ part of it. Too much tech for me
Their prices have also gone a bit crazy.
After days, and hours, and hours of looking at reviews.
I wanted an airbed for sure, as my wife is a hard surface sleeper, and I am soft.
I ordered a Saatva Solaire air, and a Saatva queen plush for my daughter.
Delivered today.. both.. So something changed, as when I ordered, they said 4-6 weeks,
I am actually a bit anxious after 20yrs,
I am old school, and once I like something, I tend to stick with it, but my body is starting to hurt bad in the mornings, so I decided to give it a shot.
Edit... Just delivered...Super satisfied. I was anxious, but after sitting on both beds..Wow..Impressive.
We will see what happens long term..Just a FYI for peeps

I must say that I am sleeping great on the new latex/spring hybrid Saavta mattress. For years I have bitched here about my insomnia. I finally dialed in the correct dosage of THC/sleepy time tinctures and combined with the new mattress, I am out for 7-8 hours a night. Hallelujah! I honestly hate getting out of bed, it is so damn comfortable. Firm support, but still forgiving when you lie on it. I am a side sleeper and could not more highly recommend it.
