    Last several years have had more upsets it seems. I think this is result of lower ranking teams having more seniors than the big teams. A more mature team with time to prepare for a single opponent with less experience makes a big difference.

    My office pool has a 50/20/10/20 payout for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last. It's a great way to encourage people to enter twice. I won the last place pot one year by simply flipping a coin for every matchup.
