Looks about the point of merge for on ramp. Almost had an issue last week when TX plate was doing 30-40mph at that point with a group of wb traffic coming at same point and I had no where to go. Fortunately right lane of group made it to left lane but I had to sit behind this car for a bit til traffic cleared. TX was still only doing 50 at that point.

its a wet and heavy one so not surprising. I don't drive vail pass all that often but i noticed last night people like to drive 90 going up it and when assholes around here don't really adjust their speed for conditions its no wonder this happens

Ended up driving around through Leadville. Wasn’t bad, but took a while. While I was stopped on 70, I looked around and 5 cars in my vicinity were 2wd with regular tires.
I had the same thought. Cops should just start writing tix.
