Fighting the urge to sell any BTC.

If I do sell it will just keep going higher. If I don't the big correct will happen and I will miss an opportunity to maintain my position with a stack of extra fiat....

actually, lead is king; anyone can get you cash with enough lead.

I have all bases covered, cash, lead and bitcoin; but it wont matter if the random asteroid hits.

    second.

my dad, who is pushing 70 and is technology challenged, checks his financial accounts and credit cards every week and prints them out so if his stuff is stolen, he has a printed history of the values to say 'you owe me this' and here's my records of having it. started doing it myself after he told me.

I feel you Doc. Ill just buy a big correction/dip with new play money. Im long unless something happens that says otherwise and maybe some scalping. I don't see it stopping anytime soon.

The Bitcoin news went mainstream over the last few days. Coinbase volume is through the roof right now. Just wait until the futures market open next week and all the last comers get crushed.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

Well, well. We are either pushing the top heading for a burst in a lot of markets ( bitcoin headed to $1M, real estate at highs in many markets, stocks breaking records) or things are heading for the moon and beyond.

All those freaking about hacks etc need to own and understand what a hardware wallet is. Keeping coin on any exchange is just not wise.

Your broader concern is the fact that if hacks keep popping up and the broader public thinks its unsafe they will stop buying in.

And without new FOMO buyers, the rocket stops flying.

I dont know if this is a good one or not, but "community driven open source" wouldnt make me feel warm n fuzzy about it. Its still electronic, and it appears you still need to plug it into a computer to use or put the coin on it at the very least. To me, this is still hackable technology, sure more secure than an exchange, but still.

Also to echo the other response. Talk of hacks on Bitcoins doesnt instill confidence in something that still seems very strange to the general public.

Glad to see y'all riding the wave, wish I had gotten in years ago, but didn't. Still don't see the actual coin sticking around and replacing traditional currencies or displacing traditional banking.
