Bacon wrapped scallops... West Coast Eggs Benny, a bottle of Prosecco, bailies and coffee and pints of the new home brew...
Is it wrong to be wasted before 1 on a sunday?

Hey I found a great appie it is simple and idiot proof - a tub of cream cheese, 6 jalapenos and a lb of bacon
cut the peppers in half, clean out the innerds (or leave some for more heat), fill in the peppers with cream cheese , cook the bacon most of the way and wrap/stuff/ somehow get the bacon in/on/around the pepper use tooth picks if you like, thro in the freezer for 1/2 hr
stick em under the broiler when you get to the party till the bacon browns some more, grab one before you put them out cuz they will not lastLee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know

1lb italian sausage
1lb hot italian sausage
1lb cream cheese
16oz medium salsa
Dash of habanero sauce

Nice! Been a while since the wife and I did serious morning drinking. But that's pretty close to how we handle Christmas morning. And every morning when we're on vaca and at the beach.
