Come on. Hugh was into Myanmar when it was still called Burma.
I made a reference to a Seattle chain and Hugh bit?

This place destroys both of the aforementioned burger joints. If you are lucky enough to have one near you, you may never enter a 5 Guys again.

"...no hobby should either seek or need rational justification. To find reasons why it is useful or beneficial converts it at once from an avocation into an industry, lowers it at once to the ignominious category of an exercise undertaken for health, power or profit."

Aint got none of those fancy burger joints around here. I had to go to Jack in the Box and get an ultimate cheeseburger. No ketchup or mustard. Just the thing to top off a belly full of beer.
I saw somewhere that a very thin layer of mayo is used on the bun to create a barrier against grease from the meat sopping into the bun. Just sayin'. Maybe this was White Castle specific?
“Money has never been my god — never.” - The Chief
As far as I know, Whiteys has NEVER used mayo.
I love whiteys and fucking detest mayo, blasphemy.
It's In-N-Out's 65th birthday.

((. That's worth living for.

Wish we had Whataburger on the west coast. It's about the only thing I look forward to before visiting Texas.
White Castle. Mayo is for freedom fries.

Don't Taze me bro.
You can have your chains. I've got the best burger in the country down the street from me.

I still call it The Jake.
BGR is the new chain coming out of the DC area (like 5 guys did 10 or so years ago), it's pretty damn good. High-end fast food. http://www.bgrtheburgerjoint.com
It would take a hell of a lot more than a burger to get me to Atlanta. Especially not one with kraft singles.
Living vicariously through myself.
So no one in the NW knows how to start a decent burger chain?
I mean, you can get a great burger at lots of local restaurants, but for drive-through fast food options the pickings are slim. They got Dicks in Seattle which aint that great and I saw a Fatburger in Bellevue but that isnt' anywhere near where I live. Don't think there's a 5 guys or White Castle in the state, so it's Jack in the crack or Mickey D's for late night gutbombs around here.
Just looked it up for the hell of it, there's a few 5 Guys locations around Seattle and Tacoma: http://www.fiveguys.com/locations.aspx
Also, Lunchbox Labratory gets amazing reviews. Or, there's Red Mill. Or, dust off your cufflinks and get the Kobe Burger at the Met Grill Bar. Great deal and damn good.
We stopped at a 5Guys coming back from Anacortes to Seattle. Forget which town but it is about a mile west of the interstate. That was a couple years ago.
