Is This What Gold Bond is For?

I've never used Gold Bond or talcum powder or anything like that before, just never had any problems that it would have helped.

That has all changed, I think...?

Not only am I pushing 30 lbs overweight now, but my left arm has been in a sling for the last 3-1/2 weeks due to a Bankart repair surgery and I'm under strict orders to NOT lift that arm straight out from my side or allow any external rotation beyond 90 degrees (straight out in front) for at least another 2 weeks.

It's been in the mid and upper 80s around here and with my arm constantly down at my side, the pit is getting mighty swampy and starting to itch something fierce.

Would an application of some Gold Bond powder or something like that help this situation?

I'm not overweight...yet...but every morning I resemble a bird taking a dustbath in that stuff. Walmart occasionally has sales on the big bottles, and I stock up. Great for ski season as well.

Second what someone said about having the boys TOTALLY dry before applying or it stings.

If you are on a budget buy the yellow bottle generic at the 99 cent store. I switched over years ago. Its a must at the job sites during these humid summer months.
