    Boating Forums

    Narcissists only apply apparently.

Or guys who are fractional owners of Baja 32 phallus symbols

    Sailinganarchy is alright... I guess.

Lake "communities" forums are fiefdoms for crotchety old men

Don't even get started on wakeboarding forums.

    Whatever.

Makes you appreciate TGR at times.

    I guess.

I am on Classicmako.com it is a bit like TGR in the old days with "summits" and stuff.

I have met a couple of the guys on that board, a lot of them get together and help each other fix their boats.

It is pretty cool. Lots of redneck Republicans though. I know many here could never deal with that.

The knowledge on that board is incredible.

Stay off THT- that is a forum for small dick owners of 31 Yellowfins.

If you are looking for a ton of knowledge, go to continuouswave.com- it is a Boston Whaler forum.
Tons of info and expertise, but the guy that runs it is the biggest prick ever. He started the site to play internet GOD, it would seem. Still, the amount of info there is staggering. Do a google search on any random boating topic, and a thread from continuoswave.com usually comes up on the first page.

Haven't spent much time at boatdesign.net or offshoreonly.com but have found some relevant info there when searching. TGR seems unique in the space of online forums.

I’m positive it was hilarious at the time, regardless of the forum IP address.

What exactly happened there? Did they actually knock the throttle back with the water cannon? If so that's a hell of a shot.

Right? How was that guy not wearing a lanyard?

I think they did hit the throttle with the water cannon which is a hell of a shot. The cops tried to foul the propellers by dropping their rescue buoy as it passed just before then but I don't think that was successful. I did notice homeboy with the cannon took some additional frustration out on the rails and deck furniture that weren't smashed by the FD boat earlier in the chase.

Yeah, a deck monitor would be a fun way to do some modifications to that beer barge from hell.
