PR password for tapatalk?

Do you know why the android Tapatalk app is telling me "password required to view this forum" but won't prompt me to enter the password? This is for links to the Padded Room.

I've had android tapatalk act screwy a couple times with input. For example, the dialog to type what I wanted to search for was just missing even though the keyboard came up and I kind of got stuck. A complete quit of the app and relaunch solved it. Maybe that will help? Once you do give it access, you shouldn't have to worry about it again... my tapatalk remembered on iOS and android pretty well.

Hmm, seems to be working for the moment. My main issue is that I get notifications for thread updates in the status bar, click on the notification and it tells me can't access the forum due to password required. I can back out, enter PR w/ password but not through the notification or link to direct thread, then the notification or link will work. After killing the app and restarting, it still works, but don't think it will after a day or a reboot. We shall see...but thanks so far.

Also, the search function via Tapatalk seems to suck. I don't think it searches within a forum, just does a global site search. Am I missing something?

No, the search in tapatalk blows bigtime. But this site search isn't exactly stellar so it could be part of the problem, but I don't know. I don't use it for any other forums so I don't know if the app is the main fault or the forum it is used with is.
