WTB: Surfcasting setup
Due to close proximity to two large rivers, as well as several bodies of stocked freshwater, I never really got into surfcasting.
However, after several awesome experiences striper fishing last season, I want to add a good surfcasting setup to my quiver.
Anybody got anything they want to part with? any recommendations on what to look for/where to look?

Decent rod for the money.
I have a few St Croix Premiers I like, I match them with Shimano Baitrunners so when I want to be lazy and sit in a beach chair, toss the rod in a sand spike and soak bait they work perfectly.
I honestly don't know squat about fishing in your area though
Looks like a pretty decent rod, thanks. I like that 9 footer. a little bit spendy, but if I cant find a decent used setup, I might go that route
Ill be fishing mostly North Shore, Salisbury/Plum Island. Merrimac River. Cape Ann/Gloucester here and there
For Surf, go with a two piece 10 foot rod, Rated to 4oz.
