Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

might be called a raised hide in english?
its a thing where hunters sit and freeze while they wait for things to shoot. theyre all over the forests in the alps, usually close to where hunters feed the animals which they want to shoot later. hunters are wierd.

You are too good for this place, like a bottle of 1918 Hospice de Beaune in a wine cellar full of 1930 Oklahoma Blush. Or Yeats reading poems at an open microphone night in a militant lesbian coffee shop in Billings.
Look me up next time you are in Schruns. Last night at poker I won 158,000 kronen from a pair of alcoholic woodcutters from Bludenz. Made me excited until I learned it was around $2.35.

fantastic pics
And that folks, is how you do a TR.
Killer photos.
Beautiful as usual. Klar, what part of Austria are you from? Where are those mountains? (If i can ask...)
what fantastic pics! wow

I never understood that. Do the critters think "oh, look, a tree fort, let's check it out" everytime and never make the connection?
Why, Tatie, what an honour. Are you residing in Schruns permanently this season? It would be marvelous to share a run and a Kirsch afterwards in the Weinstube, you know, the one with the black wood walls that are shiny from so much polishing and the scratched floors and the smoky air.
Why were you playing for Kronen with the woodcutters? were they tricking you with foreign money?
We live in Innsbruck, stuff in the pictures is all within 1hour or less driving distance.
Ich bitte dich nur, weck mich nicht.
Excellent stoke as always, thx for sharing.![]()

So much winning. Back to the top.
And Klar, in Schrunz, on Christmas day, the snow was so bright it hurt your eyes when you looked out from the Weinstube and saw every one coming home from church. That was where they walked up the sleigh-smoothed urine-yellowed road along the river with the steep pine hills, skis heavy on the shoulder, and where they ran down the glacier above the Madlenerhaus, the snow as smooth to see as cake frosting and as light as powder and he remembered the noiseless rush the speed made as you dropped down like a bird.
They were snow-bound a week in the Madlenerhaus that time in the blizzard playing cards in the smoke by the lantern light and the stakes were higher all the time as Herr Lent lost more. Finally he lost it all. Everything, the Skischule money and all the season's profit and then his capital. He could see him with his long nose, picking up the cards and then opening, "Sans Voir." There was always gambling then. When there was no snow you gambled and when there was too much you gambled. He thought of all the time in his life he had spent gambling.
beautiful stuff, thanks for sharing!
