Dynafit Titan UL squeaky

Used the search JONG and general internet browsing and didn't come up with much so I wanted to ask the mags.

My Titan ULs have developed a squeak in the pivot mechanism. Have others had this and have you fixed it in any special way? I figured some moly grease for my truck chassis would do ok but I'm not sure about that mixing well with the pebax.
