    No doubt. Been calling them that myself. It'd be one thing if this was a hstoric structure, but it's new. The whole ridge height thing is because there's an old piece of shit shack on the property (not that old, from the '40's) and they're holding us to that same height because of the "viewscape".

    Right now we're fighting them because they say we can't use clad windows, which is bullshit. We're gonna win that one.

    That house is near Winthrop, the color variation is how it has always been. The variation is from the way the color blended into the concrete. Frankly with the "expertise" of the workers here, they probably didn't want it to be that way. We think it looks pretty cool now, so it might be a lucky/good mistake. My buddy did say that he would go with liquid, or hydraulic or whatever it's called instead of electric so he could add solar, (that's what I have).
