    Over Sharpened Landscapes

For mostly landscapes I like the effect I get when sliding the Unsharpen Mask's 'Radius' slider really high, and keeping the 'Amount' slider somewhere around 50% or higher. It gives it a heavy contrast, and ultra sharp look.

I've always tried to use photos to realistically document shit I see, but I get a hard on for some of the photos with this un-realistic sharpened look. Is this just considered a cheap trick?

    Here is an example.

Use a layer mask and sharpen foreground objects more than background objects.
This is the worst pain EVER!
