Rab ski pant sizing?

Anyone here use the Rab Latok alpine pants? Trying to figure out why size I should get.

I noticed that online it mentions that it is uk sizing. I normally wear an XL. but I am in between based on the sizing chart.

Do you use your normal size (L. XL ect). Or did you size up?

Their jackets/shirts tend to be "athleticly sized". I have five of 'em- all run a wee bit on the snug side. I'm guessing that their pants are similarly sized.
