More fork questions: Tora 318 Motion Control

So, I just notice that the compression-lockout knob (I never really use it, hence just noticing) and the rebound adjust knob are doing nothing. 08 Tora 318, with air spring and simple Motion Control damper with rebound and compression/lockout.
Is it just finally time for new oil and seals, or what's broken?
How much is thing going to cost.
My poor bike, the whole thing really needs to be overhauled.

I've had that issue with a different motion control fork. I did a rebuild on just that side of the fork and it fixed it right up. This video pretty much tells you everything. I think there's also some paper documentation online.

I wear crocs for the style, not the comfort.

Yeah, I watched that while doing some research before posting. Figured that would need to be done. I have neither the tools, nor the skills, nor the patience to do that right, so I guess I'll have to pay someone.
Just good to be reassured that that's probably all it is. Hey, 4th summer on an entry level fork, and I'm only noticing it now. Still rides pretty good, but with some dive when you brake. So I guess it time to give the fork some love.

So, I took my bike in to the Bike Dr, and the dude said the whole Motion Control thing is probably blown/worn out. No oil is leading, etc etc. He said that often RockShox just sends the parts out for free? ok. sure. Should probably have the seals and oil replaced anyway. Also, as far as the wiggle in my shock, it's probably the eyelet bushing. ok.
Who's got a 120mm fork with an 8.5+" 1/8th" qr dropouts? If it's a cheap enough upgrade, I might just do that.
Should I get a second opinion?

Yeah, it was just that it had never been serviced. Oil was old and broken down, everything was dirty and that cone shaped bushing/seal/whatever had gotten dry and contracted.
Fork looks and runs like new after being broken down, cleaned, seals soaked in new oil.

    so, PSA: service your fork.

You should just buy a new fork at the Good Dr's, and go on a Thursday night drinking ride.
