no matter what it is, i usually find it's the sauce that comes with it that makes it - something i could usually never duplcate at home.

Might be late on the draw - but I'll throw in my $.02 here... Aster Cafe in Minneapolis has some pretty eclectic items on the menu, apps to flatbreads etc. Most of which I have tried and are really good. For some on the menu - ingredient quality is huge. It's changing all the time too - so keep an eye on it if it intrigues you...

Where is said restaurant? What's it called? I'm sure it's named somewhere here - but I haven't read through the whole thread...

Mercantile Grill, inside of the Stagecoach bar, in Wilson, Wy. You can't really bike or ski the Pass from Jackson (well, easily) without going by it!

A few new tasty things on the Mercantile Menu! We will be having a happy hour menu from 4-6. New things starting today, seriously ridiculous pulled pork sliders on 460 buns, $3.00 each. So, so tender, with a few killer sauce options, including our own vinegar based Cole slaw. Add fries for $2.00, and you have an amazing post ride/work nosh! We also now have Gluten free burger buns! And they are fantastic. You can get a real Farm to Table Dunn Ranch burger, with hand cut fries, lots o' veggie options...no wheat! Much more to come, folks!

Just tore into an order of wings. Had the guys mix the blister-lip and sweet chili lime sauces together. Winner! That's gonna be my go to.

Bacon and Eggs at Searsucker. Toast, perfectly cooked pork belly and a poached egg, stacked, with some sort of delicious aioli drizzled on the plate.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

I had something similar at Russell House in Cambridge. Smoke Lamb's Belly Toast - Hickory smoked lamb's belly, apricots, walnuts on toast. So effing good, like a cross between bacon and pork chops.
