So I order a pair of those $75 Session or Four Square or whateverthefucktheywerebecauseIdon'thavethemyet ski pants from BC.com in November.
Oooops, UPS doesn't ship to a PO BOX. Of course, I don't find this out until December 26th or so when my credit card bill shows up. So I call up BC.com and they give me the tracking info and say they were delivered.
I check with UPS and yes, they were delivered to Redmond, which is about 15 miles away. No wait, they were delivered to my old address to some woman.
It seems that UPS will revert to the next address in their system without calling you and deliver the package there. So I've been trying to recover these pants for close to 3 weeks now and no luck so far.
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS??!? I realize it might make their life easier, but it is costing them and me alot of time on the phone over this thing.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up claiming them as lost and collecting on the insurance, which sucks because I need a new pair of pants.
