That sucks. I thought Obama said he was going to turn his head to medical marijuana. I guess he's not in charge of everything unfortunately. I got the idea we wouldn't see any Federal raids during his time in office.

The regulation is coming, just wait. FDA will be ramping up soon enough to get their cut. Half of me wants FDA oversight because some retards have no clue how to grow.

California is overstepping the mandate that medical cannabis provides by building a for profit school; that will get you into trouble. The feds are also cleaning up the state's overpopulation of dispensaries, near schools, or illegally operating.

Colorado has it right. Keeping things quiet on the medical front and also working towards legalization.

The feds all along have somewhat tried to stay out of it. They want their tax money, but I think the start of a new relationship with pot has begun for the people and the feds.

I have a friend that refrigerates his for a couple weeks and seems to have luck somehow warming it up just right and pulling it off. He's gotta be clean so he can get his monthly crop of 130 oxys from the pain clinic.

Here's how it went down:

Nuked the bottle of synthetic for 10 seconds, then 10 seconds more, then another five seconds until I knew it was WELL over 100F. Wrapped the hand warmer around it with a rubberband and tried the ski sock thing. It definitely held it securely but I felt it might not keep it warm enough. I left the house at 2:15 and the piss test wasn't 'til around 4:30 so I needed to make sure it would be warm enough. I figured if it was way too warm I could just splash some water over the bottle to cool it down a bit.

Anyways, the sock thing sucked cock so I ultimately taped it to my inner thigh right below my sack with medical tape. Stayed put the entire process with two wraps and really wasn't uncomfortable in the least. So. . .

The process was a lot less harrowing than I figured it would be. Interviewer had amazing tits and said she wanted me in her department; that made me a lot less nervous knowing I'd get to see those everyday (in a swimsuit no less) going into the on-sight piss test. A linebacker of a woman handed me a cup and sent me down the hall to a men's room that looked fucking abandoned. Good sign and a huge relief. Didn't hurt too bad to get the bottle out and poured about 2/3rds in the cup, the rest in the toilet. Return it to Linebacker and she asks me the usual questions while a test strip she threw in the cup did it's thing. A couple minutes and a little worrying about looking like a fuckhead later, she pulls it out and says, "You're ready to go!"

So, point of the story is I passed with $26 synthetic piss from a local head shop and it was easy as fuck. The worst part was getting the tape off in the dispensary's bathroom after the interview on the way to my other job.

I think you're confusing detox drinks with synthetic piss. Completely different things.

Federal Prosecutors Warn South Shore Cannabis Clubs

Three medical marijuana dispensaries in South Lake Tahoe are among the dozens of California cannabis clubs whose landlords have been sent letters from federal prosecutors warning of possible property seizure and criminal charges.

The letters went out late last year and warn property owners that the operations within their buildings are out of compliance with federal law, said Lauren Horwood, spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Sacramento. If the use is not brought into compliance with federal law, the buildings could be seized and the property owners could face criminal charges, Horwood said.

The letters advise the property owners to seek an attorney and contact the U.S. Attorney's Office. Horwood said the office has received responses to the letters, but declined to comment further.

Tahoe Wellness Collective owner Cody Bass said he was told about the letter earlier this year and wasn't “super worried,” saying they did not contain 45-day cease-and-desist warnings included in some of the letters received by other dispensaries in the state. He said the collective will continue providing medical marijuana to patients under California law like it has for the past three years.

“It's still exactly what it was when we opened in 2009,” Bass said.

“We really don't think they have any kind of case against us,” Bass added.

Erika Triglia, manager at Patient to Patient Collective, also said she did not expect the day-to-day operations to change because of the letters from prosecutors.

“We're just going to keep on trucking,” Triglia said. “They're doing their job and I'm doing mine, which is to provide medicine to patients.”

City of Angels 2 collective owner Gino DiMatteo did not return a request for comment Thursday.

Federal prosecutors began increasing pressure on California's medical marijuana industry during the fall.

Attorneys in the Eastern District of California have sent out 50 to 60 letters to medical marijuana dispensaries between Stanislaus County in the Central Valley and the Oregon border since October, Horwood said.

All I could find on the matter. Sounds weird that they'd be open 24 hours after being shut down by feds. Maybe they were just payed a visit and closed their own doors as to not freak out patrons. Who knows?

Nope it's just been a long time since I had to beat a piss test that I thought I had to worry about anyway). Since before they even sold test clean kits. I had no idea they sold synthetic urine. The last time I looked for test clean materials the best one they had took 24 hours to work. That's why I thought you were screwed unless you could find some clean piss.

I've passed tested long ago by taking golden seal root capsules, drinking tons of water, and taking diuretics. About a year ago I had to do 30 days house arrest. I told him I had smoked pot and even paid them $20 so I could give them what I thought was a baseline as i knew my levels would go down over 30 days. I didn't smoke for the 30 days, sent in for another piss test, and still showed slightly positive for Ganja. Turns out they coud have gave a shit about how hot I was at first compared to then. It was very close to what he was gonna call a positive. He wanted to say it was positive and told me I was pretty lucky. If he decided otherwise, I would have had to do another 30 days inside.
