If a seed is green or white, that means it is immature.

This is a regular pack of seeds. No way to tell which are male.

    another pic.

This thing is perc'd four times, and smooths out the hit quite a bit. Not as painful as the one above.

    those packs aren't feminized.

I've got a pack or two of fem seeds, but I prefer normal seeds.

I get mine from the interweb. Plenty of choices out there.

Sorry for the noob posts again, but whats the best way to store your herb and keep it from getting super dry. Whenever I put it in a plastic bag, it always ends up brittle and dry.

Kerr or Ball jars from walmart are my favorite.

A foodsaver vacuum sealer will keep it airtight too.

Why wouldn't you want it super dry? Before I became allergic I used to practically powder that shit.

Toss a lil piece of and orange / lemon / line rind in the bag with it. Flavor won't transfer to the goods but it will add some moisture to the goods to get them nice and dank again. It just takes about a day. Store you foods in a jar that seals well. I prefer glass, to each his own.

I've never had a problem finding female seeds. I'm just going by what some old hippie told me. The darker the better.

    Any thing good goin round?

I find super dry weed to be a bit harsh. It also tends to lose it's smell as it dries.

In Lafayette and in for a sesh if anyone wants to. Would love to get down on some of the more crazy exotic herb. Sour Diesel, White Widow and purple strands are my favorite, but I haven't been able to experiment w/ the special stuff in a couple years. The last really good stuff I had was...
"One season per year, the gods open the skies, and releases a white, fluffy, pillow on top of the most forbidding mountain landscapes, allowing people to travel over them with ease and relative abandonment of concern for safety. It's incredible."

    Spider mites?

  16. #366

    Are they in flower?

If they are still in Veg, I would hit them with some Floramite SC or some Azamax, or both. There will not be any traces of it at harvest.

If they are in flower, then yeah, I wouldn't want to spray my buds with any chemical.

Cold air is your friend in this instance. Spider mites reproduce exponentially as the temperature increases. Get the temps low enough, and reproduction stops all together. Plant growth will slow, but I would try to get temps around 60-65. Or stick those hookers outside for a nice shock of cold air tonight.

    Sulfer burner will work too.

3rd place I have been here in Colorado, most all the weed is very similar, same densities, colors, maybe 4-5 varieties were really different. Need to branch out to more places, but this shit is expensive and I feel obligated to buy something each time.

Also, touching the weed; They used their hands, some other places had little tongs, chopsticks, etc. WTF is up with using hands?

One place I went, all the weed smelled of feces. gross. I walked out ( green cross of cherry creek), don't get it confused with denver green cross, which is the bomb.

From an ol hippie he told me you can make a home made bug spray. Another friend that's a landscaper told me another additive to this bug spray that makes it effective on fungus as well.

Mix 1 gal of warm water with a tablespoon of hand soap, and a light tablespoon of baking soda. Put in a spray bottle and mist the plants.

The soap will keep the bugs away while the baking soda helps kill and prevent fungus. This is also very helpful on roses and any other flower / vegetable that may catch some shit.

The chill will def work just make sure you don't shock your plants though. You should be ok down to 60 deg or so.

Finally made it there a couple weeks back. Impressed with the meds but a little out of my price range. If I had the cash flow, I'd definitely make the switch to them full time.

I've been going exclusively to LaConte's Clone Bar recently. They have a you-call-it card where you can get five 8ths any shelf for $25 bucks a piece. Even after getting the card itself for $25, after getting five "private reserve" 8ths, I'm saving ~$80 an ounce. Also, they easily have the best edibles I've had from any dispensary although I just got into the edible game about a month ago so I have only been able to try about four different places eddies.

Smokin' (vapin') on a little Buddah's Sister and Chernobyl atm.

Remove everything from the room. Sanitize everything. Hit everything with spinosad. (That early in flower, not a problem). Cover the whole room with white plastic. Put everything back in. Keep the humidity down. Keep the temp down. Keep the air flowing with filtration on the intake and the exhaust (obviously). Keep everything clean. Hang gnat strips everywhere. Get lots of lady bugs.

Your flower room should be the cleanest room in your house. It's amazing what some people do.

Good thing is gnats are just a nuisance. Lady bugs are great for gnats.

The Mosquito Dunks will help. Use the kind you have to brew (not sure if there is any other kind).

Unfortunately it's going to be hard to dry those fuckers out, with a drip system. I would brew up a batch of that Mosquito dunk, and run it in the system for a few hours. Never had an issue myself, but I do a lot of preventative stuff. Such as putting 2 inches of perlite on top of my coco, so they dont have a wet place to burrow.

All that white stuff on top of the bucket.

    EDIT: Found a better pic.

Here is a good thread about Mosquito Dunks: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=142461
