Can someone please tell me how to contact a web administrator? The system will not let me log in.
This message comes up when I try to submit a bug report:
Unable to connect to mail server(s). Please specify a valid mail server, server properties, or check your network connection. The following exception was also recorded: System.Exception: Unable to to connect to 127.0.0.1 at port 25. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:25
