Spent this winter experimenting with aerobic base UT1/2 pieces. Lots of 60+ min. The weather here kept me off the bike the other day so…
January I was capped at 170W to keep the HR zone, so the system adapted well
No speed work though, so it makes 2K and under feel like a bear.
Last winter “trained” for a 2k for my 46th birthday, followed Xeno’s plan for the most part.

There are some good workouts to play with for you all looking for a little power. Highly recommend
