Looks like they share the toe pivot design of the Marker, eg. made of plastic, no replaceable bushing so the hole ovalizes, vulnerable to breakage if tilted forward too far.
This solution looks like a good one to prevent insta-tele that is still accessible while clicked in though I have qualms about the elasticity. I don't think that the climbing bar actually prevents the heel latch from moving at all.
The climbing bar looks like it would share the same problems as the Duke, that is flexing out of the way if you don't step straight down on it.
It's still looking like the the MFD Alltime plate is the one to beat - toe pivot that can rotate a full 180 deg, toe pivot bushings are replaceable, rear latch flexes with the ski so no insta-tele, the toepiece doesn't flex in tour mode so the climbing bar is always aligned, and you use your proven bindings.

Have you skied the MFD Alltimes? I've read the threads and I'm still wanting more actual user feedback. Most people don't have a good comparison because they never skied the same ski with and without the Alltimes. Thanks
