    Need editing software! (Free)

I tried the edius6 trial and it was great while it lasted. Tried getting it on torrents last night without much success. Windows movie maker blows (I have XP so I can't get the new one).

I am sitting on some really good footage and it is killing me.

Doesn't need to be anything fancy, just want to do a quick edit and add some tuneage......... any suggestions?

Any experience using this. I was used to Edius and this seems pretty awkward compared to it. might have to bite the bullet here soon and pay up............

Isn't that photo editing software only? He's talking about an NLE

looks like I am stuck with lightworks, time to suck it up and learn how to use it. Any torrents that I got for Edius wouldn't install properly.

And by "stuck with lightworks" you mean "stuck with a FREE NLE that has been used to cut a bunch of award winning movies"? Shit, what a tough problem to have.

Pretty fucking picky for someone trying to steal software.
I think you have me confused with someone who is far less awesome.

haha, yeah that didn't read well. trying to get used to it. I am sure it is great for people who know what they are doing but so far I have found it super awkward to use. will keep learning, thanks for the tongue lashing.......
