Ski Stolen on Saturday January 22nd from Snowbasin

My wifes skis were stolen from Snowbasin on Saturday. They were this years Volkl Kikus 170s. Along with the skis the thief stole her brand new Black Diamond (red & silver) telescopic poles.

For anyone with info on this or for the person that took them (if you are feeling guilty and would like to return them) please email me at cslento@cox.net or contact the Weber County Sheriff's Office (Ogden, UT) at 801-778-6600, ask for Deputy Mark Wian. We are not interested in legal action, we just want the skis & poles back. We will offer a reward for the safe return of the skis as well. Thank you

What bindings were mounted and for what boot sole length? Any other identifying markings etc.....Any chance you have the serial numbers?

Sorry, the KiKus have a Marker Griffon binding on them. I am checking for serial #s, hoping that I have them at home. I know it is probably a lost cause, but worth a try. To the a-hole that has the skis, you suck! Seriously, is there a worse form of scum than a ski thief?

They see it they move along, not super tough but light enough to carry with while skiing.

funny thing is we have the dakine locks, I had it in my pack...just stepped inside the lodge to grab our bag and gone...we are from east coast...always lock skis. Guess we got wooed by the nice lodges and UT crowd...would never have expected it. Our own fault, still a shitty thing to do....my wife is pretty upset. Could be worse....
