^^^^ You gay guys really try to hook each other up don't you.
Sorry I am not gay, I was just helping him out.
I learned to stay out of Aspen during gay ski week.
I went one time not knowing or having any clue that such an event took place and it was interesting I got offers several times to have my salad tossed.
My family has a condo in Snowmass and they had never been during that time either and we mark it on our calender in red ink.
Smooth??
Mitch, I'll be skiing this weekend if you are interested.
Speaking of gay ski week, me and a 3 buddies were out at the bars in Aspen Saturday night while our girls were in Steamboat for a bachelorette thing. We walked in to the skybar and saw a couple getting engaged at 12:40 am in the lobby, how romantic.
Anyways we walk in a grab a table and this random creepy dude is shadowing us. He posts up about 10' away and is scoping us out. I glance over a little bit later and he has his shoes off. Thats kinda weird and he is still staring our group down. I look back a minute later and he is taking his pants off! Of course he isn't wearing underwear. Luckily he had enough modesty to pull his shirt down over his junk. Unluckily my buddy Bob had the prime viewing location and stared straight into the eye of One Eyed Willy.
Anyways the manager comes over:
"Dude you just took your pants off in my bar"
"I was hot"
"People eat there" He was sitting bare assed on a table
"This is how people do it where I'm from"
"Where are you from?"
"Houston"
Anyways, he was promptly shown the door.
Welcome to Gay Ski Week!
Its easy enough to miss their antics. There is a published schedule of events for that week I would not avoid Aspen because of this event. Ski at the Highlands, maybe avoid the popular bars. For the most part it is a positive event, which brings in a lot of money in a slow time after the New Year and Christmas holidays. Unfortunately there are some people who have no manners/decency and ruin it for everyone.
