My friend's wife got this one of me finishing the Big Shoulders 5K open water swim last month in Chicago.

I was fourth overall at 1:08:23 (they had staggered starting times and that's why the clock says 1:33). Sorry for the shameless self-promotion, but I was pretty happy with the result! Great location for an open water swim, too.

Very impressive. Looks like an STI in there getting its ass handed as well. I use to take my SHO Taurus to some of those track events and get handled, but it was interesting to note all the cars that I'd beat - corvettes, firebirds, miata's, and a lot of small cars that were simply driven poorly. There is a very large go-kart track nearby where I would actually place in the top half, but the cone tracks are all about the psuedo go karts...

Fun stuff, and to place as high as your car did is to beat a lot of very nice setups and great drivers.

My mug is visible in the mirrored sunglasses worn by the blond. You can just make me out if you look closely enough. Maybe someone can photoshop this and zoom in on my face .

The puppy lab is enjoying a nice snooze this summer in my friends Nautique when the clock strikes 10 am. Time to pull out the four man beer bong.

Each bonger digesting 20 + ounces of beer by four people and absorbtion of 16 ounces of beer spillage by sleeping puppy.

Resumption of nap by post beer bonged puppy.

This was a great job - was at Uni at the time and got printed on beermats in all the local bars and clubs. Happy days.
