For increased flexibility in a high flex area repair job. Would this work?
If anyone's done this before, what would be a good ratio?

Very bad idea as epoxy and silicone sealant is incompatable. so you end up contaminating the repair site with the inability to get out the mess so you would then need to find a dumpster for your skis. There is slow cure epoxy that is designed for this sort of repair. Look at www.tognar.com for the right stuff.
use a urethane adhesive or 3M marine adhesive (#5200?) if you need more flexibility
Kill all the telemarkers
But they’ll put us in jail if we kill all the telemarkers
Telemarketers! Kill the telemarketers!
Oh we can do that. We don’t even need a reason
I usually use silicone glue to fill old holes etc. Not sure what exactly the repair you're doing is, but I like silicone glue for most ski applications because it stays flexible (even at low temps) and seems to create a better waterproof seal. I only use epoxy for jobs where I need more strength (i.e. bad mounts).
You can mix in sawdust with the epoxy to give it more flex, 50/50 mix should do.
Drink to remember not to forget!
