    determining bsl salomon evolutions

its probably time to get a new pair but i still like my salomon evolution boots from say 2001. looking to do an insert / biding mount for them and want to verify all my compatibilities with clearances but nowhere on them does it clearly state their bsl. they are 27.5 mondo.

i have looked all over these things trying to find anything that could be the correct bsl but there is a bunch of different numbers that could be in the range of possible:

inside the outer tongue it says 26/27.5 (which i assume is the shell size compatability) and below that it says IF317271 (it might be IF317 271). inside the inner tongue it says IF 317201. inside a back piece it says IF335291.

i know from searching that mondo 28.5=336 bsl. nothing else comes up.

i also know that it is a little shy of 318 which is why i mention the 317 that keeps coming up.

any thoughts on where to look or does anyone happen to know their bsl? thanks in advance.

take a tape measure. measure the bottom of the boot. along the sole. that is the boot sole length.
