I’m def in the hater camp of Combs cover, but am thrilled it is making Tracy lots more bank and giving her tons of new fans and kudos.

I was fine with the duet w Combs and it’s definitely worth a watch, but I don’t think it holds a candle to her solo version. It gives the feels but her version is the real deal

Annie covering a Prince song made famous by Sinead w Lisa and Wendy gave me an equal thrill

I was shocked to learn that Tracy is a longtime SF resident and I had no clue. Always figured her for an NYC but she’s lived here a long time and even dated Alice from Chez Penisse fame. Go figure

Unlike most award shows, I thought this one was excellent entertainment from start to finish. Def worth a watch but if not def the key moments

Excellent writing by Dean Dillion and put to a whole other level by King George. I can play it on repeat because it is the perfect country song.

Kieth Whitley’s take is OK and bad on Jon Pardi for even trying it as well as not giving credit to Dean.

True she hasn’t hit the big time of Rock and Roll, but she’s come a long ways since we would see Storm & the Balls Wednesday nights at Dante’s (a 400-500 seat venue).
