I watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo last night and followed it up with the The Girl that played with Fire (or was it kicked a wasps nest) tonight. Anyway. I've watched the first two and they're both great. I thought the first was a little better. The second feels like more of a set-up for the third. I'll definitely be watching the third installment soon.

Perhaps you'd be more comfortable on epicski or Paula's Ski Lovers, AltaNancy.

Countryman (1982) - Good photography, tropical paradi, killer reggae soundtrack (be sure to blaze up first), international espionage, alligator wrestling, giant spliffs, guns, helicopters, motherfucking kung-fu fighting rastafarians, and tits in the opening scene. Need I say more?
Great thread by the way. Just got a roku and catching up on old flicks.

Intelligence - sorta a canadian version of The Wire, but with regards to the grow-ops... Only about 4 episodes in, but I'm completely hooked.

The Parking Lot Movie
Its a documentary about a parking lot right behind UVA's campus that hires grad students as lot attendants. hilarity, existential commentary on humanity, and all-around awesomeness ensues

ha, i recommended the parking lot movie on page 3 without having seen your post. i saw king of kong a while ago. really liked both. tough to compare the two, but i may nod towards parking lot movie because i love the commentary on how people can be such jackasses and think nothing of it
Im surprised I havn't seen this title in this thread: Exit Through the Gift Shop - its another documentary about street art (aka: graffiti). very worth a watch
