Just watched the Late Show trilogy on my DVR. It's been difficult to understand, and, enjoy this show up to now, and, it's still a lot of bread on the water, but, these three shows were just brilliant, although, I have to ponder them for a while. Gary Marshall and David Lynch. Damn.

this is a strange show. it goes from funny to dramatic to absurd to depressing all in one episode.. and gets heavy handed and preachy fairly often. not quite what you'd expect from a standup comedian, definitely unique.

^^ this. i started watching it a few weeks ago. i never know if it's going to be hilarious or mildy depressing.

however: "there's not enough dicks in here" has to be one of the funniest moments i've seen.
