How soon do you need it? What command do you need to get in touch with?

The civi number works but rings to oblivion. Doen't help I am calling at night their time and I need to talk to a night operation staff sgt.
I don't know how to use a DSN or if I'm allowed.

"The DSN system is used only for official business or in the interest of the government and is the first choice for all switched voice and dial-up video telecommunications between DoD user locations."
