    Holy shit. My adrenal glands kicked in huge when the fracture happens and you yell to your partner. Thank you for being willing to share this footage with the community at large, Lee. Hopefully the haunting feeling in my gut right now enables as positive of decision making in the future as possible. Many deep and stable runs to you this Winter.

    Thanks for posting the video. Scary stuff for sure. You should send it in to Contour with the story. That is amazing that the camera still worked!

    Lacy from Contour borrowed my DH bike the day i got the camera back. She walked in the door just as i was seeing the footage for the first time.

    Great Mountain there you skinned up- It looks like it gets very little skier traffic; snow pack can be much less reliable where there is no skier compaction > and there was a monster amount of new snow,is fairly yellow flag even if stable.
    I found out the hard way as well; the steeps up high don't always hold the powder..nothin like an unexpected ice stomp off a cornice over cliffbands... scary!
    Not playin captn hindsight/just like looked a pretty dangerous day.
