This weekend I took a really nasty spill (tomahawked about 200ft and broke a ski in half). So thinking about new skis for next season has turned into a necessity.
I'm debating between the Armanda AR6 and the ARV. I'm an aggressive skier (a former racer so i like to go fast). I ski the whole mountain, and am an east coast skier. Snowshoe is my home mountain (it's better than nothing) and I ski at least once a week, usually more. I ski groomers, ice, slush, and all the other awesome conditions you get on the east coast. I want to start riding more park (I've been working on 360's and such this season) but I still want a ski that can rip the rest of the mountain.
From what I've gathered the AR6 is a park ski that does well on the rest of the mountain while the ARV is an all mountain ski that does well in the park. Does anybody have any recommendations or reviews?
