Browsing the ski reviews thread and noticed we didn't have a review for the Line Blend so I figured I'd give it a go so we'd have at least 1 review for future reference.
Me: 5'11" 155 lbs
Skis: Line Blend 178, dims are something like 130~, 100, 120~ (estimation), mounted with STH12's at +3
Location: Skiing Bogus Basin, ID with 7" new, slush later on, packed pow other days, a few moguls, groomers, pretty much all conditions.
Overall: I love these as my all-around, go to ski. They handle pretty much everything rather well. They were great in the fresh, awesome and easy to turn on the groom, and pretty quick edge to edge in the bumps. I wish I could've had more snow to test 'em in (say... 2'-3') but 7" was what we got, and they handled and floated plenty well in that. They seem fine at speed and the traditional camber helps quite a bit on the hardpack. Really great ski overall and fun in the park to boot. The topsheet will chip if you aren't careful, but they definitely aren't quite as bad as people have said (at least in my experience). Good, fun ski.
If I missed anything, just tell me and I'll add it....
I picked up a used pair in February. Same topsheets. I'm no refined ski connoisseur but I absolutely love these skis. They turn over quickly on groomers and trees while holding steady at howling speeds. I really only skied them in late spring conditions in NC and New England so I can't comment on them in powder, but I think they will perform great. A very fun ski.
