Tremblant Trivia - Please help settle a bet

Okay there is a primo steak dinner riding on this one, so I need some help here. The question is, you must identify the name of the bar in Tremblant that has the following characteristics:

1 - If you walk straight down the village, this bar is kind of right in the middle of the walkway, at the bottom of the village hill.

2 - This bar is full of 18-year-olds and under who are like to make out with one another during spring break (this week).

    3 - This is not a 21-and-over only place.

Please respond - there is a lot at stake here.

    Thanks!

    Petit Caribou?

Been quite a while since the undergrad days, so that's all I can think of...

Wait... one more... the one called Diable-something-or-other. But that's 21+ I'm pretty sure.

No - wait - Octobar? Yeah... that's the one you're thinking of.

Enh... on second thought Octobar was kind of off to the left when you walk downhill.

    I'm out of ideas.

    Microbrasserie La Diable

Been about 7 or 8 years, but I remember it being pretty central in the village area and having plenty of underage kids drinking in there.

Sat and talked with some kid at the bar who was pretty wasted and maybe only 16, he was there for a family vacation and managed to get away from his parents for the night.

Go to the Caribou. I remember getting lit up there from the age of say 14 till I was 16 and moved out west. Used to have an outdoor hot tub there too...

We call it "cafe la douche bag" it is 18 and over. Caribou is 21 and over. I don't remember the name but that monicker has stuck because everytime the PSU club goes there numerous people get kicked out for stupid reasons like ordering 2 beers and only tipping a dollar or taking jagar bottles from the bar well to the dance floor...

Edit to add: name from website "Bar Café d'Époque"
