FWIW...I think this year we will pull off an EC mini. Just the fact this thread is already 4 pages gives me a good feeling.

One thing that would be helpful is to get a list of lodging options in the Stowe area. I really don't know anything about Stowe, or how far surrounding towns are and such. Is it unreasonable to drive to Stowe from Killington to ski in the morning (how far a drive)?

It might help if we have a pre-mini get together. Let's see what the story is for Killington's opening day. Maybe we can duke it out at happy hour after the last chair and talk in person over a beer.

in any event i will handle all organization for everyone and can make sure i will be there at a certain time with all of my ski equipment. I will give accurate directions that will not send people in the opposite direction from the mountain they are trying to reach. I promise to provide everyone with condos, discounted group tickets, and a private apres ski party with lots of hookers and blow or else.
